I led client design sessions, developed multiple plans that met their ADU needs, and follow up with their design through to construction.
After the contract was coordinated, I continued to follow through the design of the project by coordinating with structural engineers, energy compliance consultants, and construction experts to produce the final design.
I led the vetting and bidding process with contractors to ensure quality control. Once I selected the contractor, I led the construction management of each project to ensure the designs were constructed per my design plans.

Age-In-Place

I converted a crumbling 2-car garage in South Pasadena into a cozy, ADA compliant studio for the client’s 97 year old mother in law.

With not much space to play with, I carefully converted this tight 300sqft shotgun space into a chic compact studio.
